CREATIVE MINDS ENTERTAINMENT (CMe) has grown from a small home based business to a full fledged Limited Liability Company (LLC). CMe has a multitude of divisions, starting with our Music Production, Apparel Design and our CMexcel Entrepreneurship Youth Group a Community Service Teaching Component. MUSIC PRODUCTION AND SONG WRITING
We’ve built business relationships and partnerships with a number of major and independent labels across the world. This has allowed us to position ourselves to make a huge impact within the music/entertainment industry. We’ve negotiated a Press and Distribution deal with Avatar Records/Fontana-Universal Music Group which has opened up so many business opportunities for our company. Our production team continues to produce and submit music and full length songs to our licensing agents in L.A. for placement in reality TV shows, movie soundtracks, commercials for major media outlets.

Our Production Team has some of the most talented producers and song writers in the industry. Our producers’ resumes read something like this, they have worked with Grammy Award Winners like, R. Kelly, LV, Kashif, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Mark Nelson, KC & Jo Jo, Digital Underground, Kyle West, Bad Ass, Krupt, and Killa Preist from Wu Tang Clan and many more.

Our music division has taken our production to the overseas market by exporting, distributing and selling our album projects to our overseas music retail buyers. We’re constantly updating our music catalog for our buyers to view, listen to and purchase.

CREATIVE MINDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP YOUTH PROGRAM (CMexcel)
CMexcel is a business learning program for youth. This program was designed to expose young people to the exciting and beneficial world of business ownership. The program was founded by Rande Ross the Chief Executive Officer / Founder of Creative Minds Entertainment, LLC. He has been mentoring youth and a business owner for over 20 years and still actively doing both. Rande believes in the benefits of business ownership and the importance of educating youth about the different opportunities they have in life.

He has been a long time educator, mentor, counselor, coach and entrepreneur and has witnessed and benefited from a great education and entrepreneurship. Rande has taken his love for business and educating youth and has combined both of his passions in the form of a CMexcel Entrepreneurship Youth Program and now shares it with hundreds of youth.
